User Awareness training of IT & IT Security Policies
Client:A Leading Automobile dealership in the Middle East
Problem statement:The client wanted to inform end users about the various policies in force in IT and create an awareness around Information Technology services offered by the IT department, the policies governing those services and Information Security.
Application / Solution:Elite Technologies Middle East as part of an IT Governance initiative of the client assisted in formulation of IT and IT security policies. This was followed by creation if awareness of these policies through a structured training program. All employees of the client organization were trained on the IT policies, dos and donts with respect to IT systems, and an awareness about information security was created. The business impact of policy violations were highlighted in order to improve compliance.
